Acceptable use
MarquIQ is built for founders doing real marketing for real products. You agree not to use the product for spam, impersonation, platform-ToS violations, or content that would embarrass you in front of a journalist. The Acceptable Use Policy has the specifics.
Your content
You own the content you put into MarquIQ and the content MarquIQ generates for you. We have a limited license to process it (run the scrubber, generate variants, post to your connected platforms) for the purpose of delivering the service. No other use.
Availability
We target 99.9 percent monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the status page. Unscheduled incidents are resolved as fast as possible. See status.marquiq.com for live state.
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans include a discount.
- 14-day free trial on every plan, no credit card required up front.
- You can cancel at any time from Settings. Access ends at the period end.
- Refunds for annual plans are pro-rated on request within the first 30 days.
Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where possible. You may terminate at any time. Data export is available for 30 days after termination; after that, data is permanently deleted.
Limitation of liability
MarquIQ is provided as-is. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for platform ToS violations you commit, account bans you cause through non-compliant content, or consequential damages. This is boilerplate language every SaaS has, but we mean it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
